LPG refilling plant (also called gas refilling plant,cylinder refilling plant,lpg refilling plant,cylinder

refilling station,lpg skid station,skid lpg station,propane skid station,propane bottling plant) is

a completed mini lpg station composed with lpg tank,lpg pump and motor,cylinder weighting

and filling machine,valves and pipeline.Propane refilling station is used to refill cylinders,

suitable for limited land space.Usually 5tons and 10tons propane refilling station will be located

next to a fuel refilling station and offer cylinder bottling service.

-- The welding joints, welds, tank heads and geometric positions of each pressure element are strictly inspected by X-ray;

-- non-destructive testing and magnetic particle inspection test for each Underground LPG tank;

-- Design pressure of Underground LPG tank: 1.77Mpa;

-- hydraulic testing pressure:2.21 Mpa;

-- Corrosion allowance: 1mm;

-- Optional for tank accessories and lpg gas station equipments such as safety valve,globe valve,ball valve,pressure gauge,thermometer,magnetic level guage or rochester float-ball level gauge,lpg pump and motor,lpg compressor,lpg flow meter,cylinder filling scales,strainer,glass valve and so on.
