Product Desription:
1. Chemical tank trailer, aslo called corrosive liquid tank trailer, is specially designed and produced to transport acid, alkali, asphalt and other corrosive goods or chemical liquid.
Acid: hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid,nitric acid, sodium carbonate, nitric acid.
Alkali: sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide.
Others:liquid asphalt.
2. Our product capacity:
Available in 10 cubic meters~60 cubic meters capacity, 4x2/4x4/6x2/6x4/6x6/8x2/8x4/2 axle trailer/3 axle trailer to different option(red marked are our hottest wheel drive chemical liquid vehicles models)
3. Material and craft:
a. high strength Q235 steel lined with plastic tank
b. stainless steel tank
c. aluminum tank
d. pure plastic tank
e. other materials.
According to different volume and medium, the thickness is different but will be in line with chemical tank manufacturer standard and our designs to keep tank body high quality. The curb weight of the strength of whole tank are the most important we need to balance.
Commonly speaking, the thickness of out layer carbon steel is 2mm~6mm, inner plastic lined layer is 14mm~26mm.
4. Pipe and valve:
All plastic material.
5. Manhole and manhole cover:
All surface which is possible contacting with corrosive liquid will be lined with plastic. The manhole and manhole cover are all lined with plastic.
